Winter Outreach Program 2011
During the Winter Months of 2010-2011, One Saint Louis offered overflow shelter on Monday and Tuesday nights when the temperature is below 20 degrees.
Over the course of Fall & Winter, a waiting list was common for those seeking shelter at the One Saint Louis facility. Those seeking shelter are selected in advance rather than a walk-up shelter.
